Super Simple Coleslaw

Easy peasy, this coleslaw is a perfect side for almost any meal.

Ingredients
For the dressing:
  • 1/2 cup(s) vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) agave or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) celery seed
For the slaw:
  • 1 14oz bag(s) coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
Instructions
  • Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a jar or measuring glass.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and red onion to a large bowl. Dress with the dressing to taste.
Notes
Oil-free: for oil-free use plain vegan yogurt instead of vegan mayonnaise.
