  • Toast seeds: In a skillet over medium heat, melt coconut oil and add pumpkin seeds. Cook 2โ€“3 minutes, stirring.
  • Add remaining seeds: Add sesame seeds and chia seeds. Stir constantly for 1โ€“2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Mix: Pour warm mixture into a bowl. Add almond butter, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until smooth.
  • Cool and store: Let cool completely before sealing.
Notes
Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks for best freshness.
Nut-Free: Swap almond butter for sunflower seed butter.
