Power Butter (Pumpkin, Almond, Sesame & Chia)
A rich, salty-sweet seed butter blend made with toasted seeds and almond butter. Delicious on toast, rice cakes, oatmeal, or fruit.

Ingredients
- ยผ cup(s) coconut oil
- ยฝ cup(s) pumpkin seeds
- ยผ cup(s) sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoon(s) chia seeds
- 1ยฝ cup(s) almond butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) maple syrup
- ยฝ teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 pinch(es) ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Toast seeds: In a skillet over medium heat, melt coconut oil and add pumpkin seeds. Cook 2โ3 minutes, stirring.
- Add remaining seeds: Add sesame seeds and chia seeds. Stir constantly for 1โ2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Mix: Pour warm mixture into a bowl. Add almond butter, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until smooth.
- Cool and store: Let cool completely before sealing.
Notes
Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks for best freshness.
Nut-Free: Swap almond butter for sunflower seed butter.
