Add remaining seeds: Add sesame seeds and chia seeds. Stir constantly for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.
Mix: Pour warm mixture into a bowl. Add almond butter, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until smooth.
Cool and store: Let cool completely before sealing.
