Chocolate Almond Power Balls
These rich, fudgy no-bake power balls are packed with almonds, dates, cacao, and creamy almond butter. Theyโre naturally sweet, deeply chocolatey, and perfect for grab-and-go snacks, pre-workout fuel, or healthy desserts.

Ingredients
- 1 ยฝ cup(s) raw almonds
- 16 Medjool dates pitted
- 4 tablespoon(s) cacao powder
- 3 tablespoon(s) almond butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) coconut oil melted
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Process the almonds: Add the almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and crumbly, but not a paste.
- Blend the mixture: Add the dates, melted coconut oil, almond butter, cacao powder, and salt. Blend until the mixture is fully combined and sticks together when pressed between your fingers. Too Dry? Add 1โ2 teaspoons warm water and re-blend.Too Soft? Add 1โ2 tablespoons extra ground almonds.
- Roll into balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon per ball and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
- Chill: Transfer the balls to a plate or tray and freeze for 1 hour to firm up.
- Store: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Nut-Free Option: Swap almonds and almond butter for sunflower seeds and sunflower seed butter.
Oil-Free Option: Replace the coconut oil with 1โ2 tablespoons warm water or extra almond butter (texture will be slightly softer).
Extra Flavor Ideas:
- Add ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
