Ingredients
  • 1 cup(s) plant-based milk (such as oat or soy)
  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 2 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger grated
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon(s) ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop(s) vanilla vegan protein powder
Instructions
  • Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Ginger level: This has a noticeable ginger kick. Reduce to 1 teaspoon for a milder flavor.
Protein powder: Any vanilla plant-based protein powder works well.
Make it sweeter: Add a date or a drizzle of maple syrup if your oranges arenโ€™t very sweet.
Make it colder: Add a few ice cubes or use an extra frozen banana half.
Fiber boost: The flaxseed adds fiber and thickness; chia seeds can be used instead.
