Walnut Basil Dressing

This dressing has a pesto vibe going on. Delish!

Ingredient: walnuts
Servings: 1 bottle (makes about 12 servings)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup(s) loosely packed basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup(s) walnuts
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) nutritional yeast
  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons(s) water
Instructions
  • Add all of the ingredients plus 2 tablespoons of water to a food processor. Blend until smooth. If it needs a bit more water add a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
