Walnut Basil Dressing
This dressing has a pesto vibe going on. Delish!
Servings: 1 bottle (makes about 12 servings)
- 1 cup(s) loosely packed basil leaves
- 1/2 cup(s) walnuts
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/4 cup(s) nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2-4 tablespoons(s) water
- Add all of the ingredients plus 2 tablespoons of water to a food processor. Blend until smooth. If it needs a bit more water add a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
