Simple Avocado Toast
This simple breakfast is a go-to for me! Keep it plain or sprinkle on your favourite herbs or seasonings.
- 4 slice(s) bread (white, brown, whole grain, gluten-free, bagel)
- 2 avocados
- Toast your bread to desired brownness.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl and mash with a fork. Divide the avocado evenly over the toast (1/2 an avocado per toast slice). Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
