Vegan BLT Wrap

For this recipe you can use one of my many homemade vegan bacon recipes (see notes), or use your favorite store-bought vegan bacon alternative.

Ingredient: Avocado, Lettuce, Tomatoes
Servings: 2 wraps

Ingredients
  • 6-8 strips vegan bacon (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 large flour tortillas (gluten-free tortillas if preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 2 cup(s) lettuce chopped
Instructions
  • Cook the vegan bacon according to the recipe or the package instructions.
  • Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and avocado. Spread the tortillas with mustard. (You can also add vegan mayo if preferred.) Top the wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and vegan bacon. Roll up the wrap and serve.
