Creamy Tahini Date Smoothie
Naturally sweet, nutty, and creamy, this tahini date smoothie tastes like a caramel milkshake, but itโs packed with nutrients and ready in just 5 minutes. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) plant-based milk (such as oat or soy)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 6 Medjool dates pitted
- 3 tablespoon(s) tahini
- ยฝ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness. Add another date for more sweetness or a few ice cubes for a thicker texture.
- Serve: Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Make it extra rich: Blend in 2 tablespoons of oats or 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for a chocolate twist.
Storage: Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
