Refreshing Creamy Melon Smoothie (protein optional)
On a hot day, this smoothie is a real treat. Super fresh with melon, basil, and lime, while also being super creamy with avocado and coconut milk. Adding a vegan protein powder is optional for an added boost.

Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) honeydew melon chopped
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 6 basil leaves
- 1/4 avocados
- 1 cup(s) full-fat coconut milk (sub another plant-based milk if preffered)
- 1 handful(s) ice
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
