Ingredients
  • 1 cup(s) plant-based milk (such as oat or soy)
  • 1 cup(s) baby spinach
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 tablespoon(s) natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground chia or ground flax (optional for nutritional boost)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
