Easy Dark Chocolate Truffles
Decadent, silky, and deeply chocolatey. These vegan truffles are shockingly easy to make with just four ingredients. Perfect for gifting, entertaining, or keeping a stash in the fridge for when chocolate cravings strike.

Ingredients
- 7 oz dark chocolate 70%, finely chopped
- ⅔ cup(s) full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) maple syrup or agave
- 1 teaspoon(s) cocoa powder plus extra for coating
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate: Add chopped chocolate to a heatproof bowl. Heat coconut milk until just beginning to simmer. Pour over chocolate, let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
- Add flavor: Stir in maple syrup and cocoa powder.
- Chill: Cool slightly, then refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until thickened but still scoopable.
- Shape: Scoop and roll into 12 balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Roll in cocoa powder to coat.
- Set: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Too soft? Add 1–2 tablespoons more melted chocolate.
Too firm? Mix in a splash of warmed coconut milk.
Storage: Keep refrigerated up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
